Product Information

Adhering to an international design philosophy, the company introduces advanced foreign design and manufacturing technologies. It has developed products such as ball valves, gate valves, globe valves, check valves, butterfly valves and control valves that comply with standards including ASME, ANSI, API, EN, GB, JIS, DIN and ISO.

Gate Valve Series

Low fluid resistance, small opening and closing torque, and easy operation. Since the movement direction of the gate plate during opening and closing is perpendicular to the medium flow direction, gate valves require less opening/closing force compared with globe valves. The medium flow direction is unrestricted. It will not disturb the flow nor reduce medium pressure drop, and the medium can flow freely from either side of the valve, achieving full opening and closing performance. It is more suitable for pipelines where the medium flow direction may reverse.

Globe Valve Series

1. Compared with gate valves, globe valves feature a simpler structure and are easier to manufacture and maintain. 2. The sealing surface is not easily worn or scratched. When closed, there is no relative sliding between the disc and valve body sealing surface, so wear and abrasion are minimal. It delivers excellent sealing performance and long service life. 3. When fully closed, the disc travel stroke is short. Therefore, the overall height of a globe valve is smaller than that of a gate valve, while its structural length is longer.

Check Valve Series

A check valve is an automatic valve that opens and closes automatically by relying on the flow of the medium itself to prevent medium backflow. It is also known as non-return valve, one-way valve, reflux valve and back pressure valve. As an automatic type of valve, its main functions are to prevent medium reverse flow, protect pumps and drive motors from reverse rotation, and avoid medium container discharge.

Ball Valve Series

Low fluid resistance; full-bore ball valves create almost no flow resistance. It features tight and reliable sealing with two sealing surfaces. The sealing seat materials use a wide range of engineering plastics for excellent sealing performance, achieving complete tight shut-off, and are also widely applied in vacuum systems. Simple operation with fast opening and closing: only a 90° rotation from fully open to fully closed, making it suitable for remote long-distance control.

Butterfly Valve Series

A butterfly valve uses a disc-shaped flap that rotates approximately 90° to open, close, or regulate medium flow. It features a simple structure, compact size, light weight, low material consumption, small installation dimension, low driving torque, easy and quick operation. Additionally, it delivers excellent flow regulation performance and reliable shut-off sealing capability.

Strainer Series

Efficient & Precise Filtration: Adopting special screen filtration technology, it delivers sensitive and accurate performance. Only particles smaller than the specified particle size are allowed into the system, making it a highly effective filtration solution. Available specifications include 5μm, 10μm, 20μm, 55μm, 100μm, 130μm, 200μm and more. Users can select filter screens of different precision grades according to actual working requirements, while the system flow rate can also be adjusted flexibly on demand.

American Standard Valve Series

American standard valves are mainly manufactured and inspected in accordance with API and ASME specifications and American national standards. As core control components in fluid transmission systems, they have functions such as shut-off, throttling, diversion, backflow prevention, pressure stabilization, pressure reduction and overflow pressure relief. These valves are suitable for various fluid media including air, water, steam, corrosive media, slurry, oil products, liquid metals and radioactive substances.

Control Valve Series

In the automatic control system of modern chemical plants, control valves play a vital role. The production operation of these plants relies on the precise distribution and regulation of flowing media. Whether it is energy exchange, pressure reduction, or simple vessel charging, these control processes must be completed by means of final control elements. The control valve functions as a variable resistance component within the pipeline system.
